Who doesn't love a good PLANK?
We originally got this idea from those crazy FIT twins at Pure2raw, who are doing these to strengthen their arms for an upcoming wedding. We just love planks because they CHALLENGE your entire body!
So where do you start?
Start out where you feel comfortable. How long can you successfully hold a plank? When you figure this out....hold it for 15 more seconds!
Yep, each day hold your favorite plank 15 seconds more and see how far you can go!!! Keep us posted on your progress!
